I can't say enough nice things about having Kayla in charge of all the hair for my wedding day. She was SO patient while I changed my mind about the style for my own hair in all of our trial runs. She never got annoyed or complained that I requested so many trials until we pinned down exactly what I wanted for the wedding. She recreated absolutely every style I showed her, created something her own once, and made suggestions about the hair styles for my mother and the bridesmaids. For somebody who really knows nothing about hair, she was exactly what I needed. On the actual wedding day, she met me at our church before the sun was even up to make sure she was prepared for which ever bridesmaid showed up first - that gesture alone put my mind at ease on a day when your brain is in half a million different places at the same time. She completed my hair, the hair for four bridesmaids, two flower girls, and my mother's hair all with time to spare before the ceremony so there was no panic at all regarding the timeline of the day. She stayed through the ceremony to make sure that all the hair was going to survive and look the exact same for the photos (for the record, IT DID! No one even needed touch ups before the photos were taken!). And I honestly only expected my hair to last for a few hours because it was SO detailed and I have crazy thick hair. Our reception lasted for nearly seven hours and my hair made it through the ENTIRE thing. It never hurt, it never fell down, it never got in the way, it never even moved. From the very beginning of the process through the wedding day, I was (and still am) so thankful for Kayla. She was so easy to get along with and she wants the end result to be exactly what you want. Having Kayla run the hair show for our wedding was one of the best decisions I could have made to reduce my own stress for the day.
